The UC Art Acquisitions Committee seeks to support emerging Canterbury artists by showcasing the excellent work of our final year and postgraduate students, and acquiring examples of their work for the University’s permanent art collection. This is an opportunity for students to take part in an exciting exhibition and have their work represented in a major public collection.
The UC Art Acquisitions Committee acquires a maximum of three pieces for its permanent collection from those artworks in the annual exhibition.
Guest Judge Linda Tyler will announce the award winners at the opening – 5.30pm Tuesday 4th December
